1. Visit our showroom: Come browse our 5,000-square-foot space in Georgetown, TX. We have a massive selection of carpet styles and colors from top brands. Our team will show you samples, talk through materials, and help you pick the perfect base for your rug.
2. Choose your rug details: You pick the size, shape, color, edge style (like binding or serging), and any extra features like non-slip padding. We offer design consultations in-store and free in-home estimates to help you get the sizing right.
3. Let us create your rug: Once your choices are set, our team cuts and finishes your rug with precision and care. Every rug is crafted right here to your specs. Turnaround times are quick, and we keep you updated throughout.
4. Pickup or delivery: You can pick up your custom area rug in-store or have it delivered. We even offer professional installation if you’re pairing your custom rug with new flooring.

Area Rug Care and Maintenance

• Regular cleaning: It's better to vacuum the rugs daily to retain their look. Vacuum twice weekly if you're living in a light traffic area and daily if you're living in a heavy traffic area.
• Shag-type rugs: Be careful while vacuuming shag-type rags as the cable yarn could get stuck around the beater bars, which will damage the fiber. Disconnect the beater bar and lower the height setting for best suction. Buy a carpet rake to loosen the soil before vacuuming.
• Occasional cleaning: Professional carpet cleaning is necessary from time to time using a hot water extraction method. Don't dry clean or use bleach on your rugs.
• Handling spills: Immediately clean spills created from food and beverages to prevent stains. Blot with a clean cloth and then use a solution of clear dishwashing detergent and water (1/4 tsp detergent to 1-quart warm water) to spot clean. Rinse with water and blot dry. Do not dry clean, bleach, scrub, or rub the rug. Only blot.
